We will help you achieve your goals and make sure you get where you want to be.

Programs:

Firstly you will have a full in-depth consultation with your trainer. We will assess your health and fitness, including medical history and any injuries. After discussing goals, together we will set short-term and long-term goals to create a blueprint for success. We will do a full body analysis and discuss what you want to achieve.
Nutrition will also be an essential part of the plan, you will be given nutritional advice based on your health & goals you want to achieve. This does not mean a short-term diet, it means developing good healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime.
With all programs you will train three times per week 30 minute sessions each. You will be trained by your trainer at all times, you don’t need to remember exercises, routines nothing! For all clients male or female we will design training around your needs and abilities, no two training sessions will ever be the very same to prevent boredom.
You will meet your trainer every day so they can keep you motivated, you will also get regular weekly checkups with your trainer and full in-depth consultation every two weeks.
